Caulfield: I had a checkup today. The doctor spent a lot of time looking up my nose. I asked her: in 13 years of primary school...four years of undergrad...four years of med school...and seeming lifetimes of residency...when did she realize it would come down to looking up noses? Frazz: I assume she explained how the primary-care-physician is the linchpin of the whole system.
