girl: I got it. This year my birthday was on Chinese New Year's...but the year I was born, Chinese New Year was a day earlier. So I'm not Chinese after all. What a difference 24 hours can make. Frazz: I don't know. This took you 96 to figure out.
For some reason this kid’s “being Chinese” thing makes me remember an old song that was only rude if you knew what “turning Japanese” was supposed to mean. Which might be why the radio stations played it so much.
