I remember my high school biology teacher lecturing us about the sense of smell. Basically we smell things through particles of the thing landing inside of our noses. I thought of the aromas from Ghirardelli Square, flowers in the Conservatory in Golden Gate Park and others. And she ended the lecture with, “Remember this when you have to clean out the stables.” Nobody had any stables, but we remembered.

There are reasons I prefer cats…

Cats are wittier than dogs.

This reminds me of the times my sister and I had fun teasing each other. Once when she had a hot dog piled up with all the toppings and was trying to take a bite, I handed her a shoe horn. She chased me around the dinner table with it! LOL

Floof is on the ball today … and given how Sirius feels about baths, she’s probably correct.

Don’t forget… Cats were once treated as Gods and they have definitely NOT forgotten that.

I’ve never met a dog that smelled better than most cats, but maybe that’s just me.

I think puppies smell great!
