That’s Snow from Snow Sez on the hill (although the real Snow is white). The color is wrong for Garfield. I was thinking Nermal, but he’s grey. Nope, looks like a tribute to Snow.
We used to have a Scottish terrier who hated the snow, and the rain, and just about every form of precipitation. Anyways, a few times when we had deeper snows he would bound through the snow like a frog or something, boing, boing, boing…XD

My little dog loved the snow. He couldn’t wait to get out and run and romp through the snow. It’s the rain he wanted nothing to do with!

Back in 1978 my family had a miniature Spaniel. During the big blizzards, we had to dig a little tunnel so Daisy could “do her business”.
