At least Garfield makes me happy unlike you Jon (sometimes)
Don’t bite the hand that feeds you, Garfield.
Garfield provides precise and effective treatment.
Garfield says he’s not known for his compassion. He’s definitely proving it.

All kidding aside, petting your Dog or Cat lowers your blood pressure. And just makes both of you feel better.
Garfield will change his tune once he finds out that the reason Jon is down is because they’ve run out of food.
Odie would make a much better therapy dog.
Mostly because he and Perrito from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish are so similar.

I’m reminded of the late Bob Newhart’s therapist sketch -
“I’ve been feeling depressed…”
“WELL STOP IT!”
“I’m also bulimic…”
“STOP IT!!”
That’s unkind to people really do suffer from depression. They can’t just snap out of it.
Garfield that’s not nice be more kind to someone who’s like ur parent(I do this sometimes)
Meanwhile there are cats that get all cuddly and sweet when their owner is down.
Cats make terrible emotional support animals. They think only about themselves.
