I am glad to see that Rufus did something nice and kindly for our hero Joel in the end. It is fitting that he do so for Joel has always been a stalwart friend. I do hope this is an upturn that continues in Rufus’ behavior towards Joel.
But, also in the greater scheme of things…. always being kind and considerate to everyone we meet is a FAR better way to live. Joel always extols this idea in all that he does.
