He’s right. They are like ants in the pants. The mites go up and the tights go down.

For being worried, he sure looks like he’s happy and smilin’.

Dust mite, dust tight, first dust I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish to find the DustBuster tonight.

Mites, tights (censor approved spelling), never could keep those straight.

We visited a cave once and the tour guide had this tiny little child like voice. She said, “When they’re down here (pointing down), they’re staligmites but when they grow up (pointing to the ceiling), they’re staligtites.” We have joked about this for years. So when I read this, I almost spewed my coffee!

If it is an old popcorn ceiling, asbestos more likely than mites.

Well in a weird way, that makes sense.

Did Hogan’s Heroes’s camp have “Stalag-tites”?

The POWs on Hogans Heroes who were on the floor of the tunnel were Stalag13mites. The ones hanging from the ceiling were Stalag13tites.
