Now I can quit whining about it.

P3 – Holy crap, what’s with the giant, bloodshot eyeball staring at is?

P4- But wait! Shelby Hunter is unstopable, banking 8 footers. Mia feeds her like an overweight trucker at a greasy spoon.

After the loss they will find the peacock frozen to the ground, end of story line.

What Mia doesn’t realize is that while Milford has the peacock, the girls of Oakwood have all seen the pink pony.

Alas, poor Mia will not be the last high school girl to shelter a little remorse and disappointment after having seen the peacock. (and that’s a sentence I never dreamed I’d be able to type in a Gil Thorp forum without getting in trouble)

Wait til he finds out the voice of the peacock was actually Ronaiah Tuisasosopo.

In P3, wouldn’t the lights in a gym be shining from above, so that the top of the ball wouldn’t be in shadows? Proportions, maybe; shading, nope.

The peacock will be found slinking around behind the school muttering “My precioussss”

Perhaps this is a little like Monty Python and the Holy Grail. When Arthur shows up at the French castle and the knight says, “I told them we already got one.” Perhaps Oakwood has their own peacock, and real nice one at that.

I think the story arc will end with a drunk Marty Moon mistaking the peacock for a turkey and shooting it.

Seeing the peacock is not conclusive proof that he is not crazy. Just sayin’.

@Uncle Kaz, Maybe she started to put on lipstick, then got excited by the sight of the peacock and forgot to apply any to her lower lip?

The basketball and goal look OK to me, but the yamika in P1 is out of place.

Lureman, if the ball is a foot or so below the rim, it would appear about that size, I would guess. Of course, it depends on how high above the basket the view is from.
