OK, so it appears Harley doesn’t operate his throttle while driving…does that mean he always uses cruise control, or is it just that Dan has a problem drawing his arm horizontal?
I’ll blame artistic license … Harley’s arm over his face takes away his expressions and because he needs to be riding towards the last panel, riding left to have his arm down is weird. Or it’s a custom made bike for a lefty?
