I think Heathcliff would agree.

It’s not your armpits you need to worry about.

At least Heathcliff is being a good friend and helping the skunk. He even made an effort by putting a clothespin on his nose. Maybe the skunk is the drummer in Heathcliff’s band. Or he knows where the best garbage is.
