So much to absorb today!! Brilliant artwork in the panels, Charlene stalking and then beginning to feel sympathy for Roy, and then…growl?… Holy Sheboygan, a BEAR!!!!

I didn’t think stalking was “normal”. Is that a buffed up cat or a slimmed down bear? Either way Charlenes in a heap of trouble.

Fishing rod? Wild animal ready to tame? I have a feeling Roy is about to get all Gon Freecs on us!

You brought this on yourself Charlene, that is the bear of solitude who only attacks stalkers! XD Seriously who’d a thought Charlene was the stalker?

I wonder if Charlene’s folks are gonna make a debut in this arc? Either way they failed to teach their daughter “stalking is for animals”. XD

Usually when a woman sees a critter, there’s a big difference between the size of what she sees and how big it really is.

Had a feeling this would lead to Char getting attacked by a forest animal of some sort. Time to show her that you can back up that macho act, Roy!

My posse of bear experts rejects this premise on the grounds that it depicts a rare, extreme style of attack, categorized in the ursine trade as, “YOU’RE STANDING ON MY CUB!!!” A simple silviphilic photo buff (buffette?) doesn’t provide the kind of stimulus necessary for that level of response. Unless she’s really standing on a bear cub, in which case she’s pain perdu with extreme prejudice. (Recipe available on request.)
