Although the thicker tastier gruel is great for an evening meal,

… the watery tasteless gruel really is better for on the job

(especially if you spend a lot of time in the sun).

Beats the cream of wheat gruel I got when they switched me to semi-solids, post-op. Tasteless would have been a vast improvement.

Can we get a big cauldron of that, we’d like to share with the invaders.
