That is a great gift idea joe
…especially if they’re headed downstream.
A lovely day to row on the Schuylkill River. It’s never a lovely day to sit in congestion on the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), which was obsolete the day it opened in 1956.
Shouldn’t he be doing all the rowing? I see 2 sets of oars.
“Happy Anniversary. Now, STROKE! STROKE! STROKE! ST…”
Lots of patience to draw all those cars in perfect perspective Robb!
So he got off anyway.
Just wait until other people get the idea.
Kayaking on the Schuylkill River, nice.
Not bad, get to spend some time with the wife and work out at the same time!
Nothing like having a nice ride on the river with the woman you love.
If this is Marcy and Joe’s commute from work, what did they do with their cars?
I often like using the frontage roads parallel to the interstates. Often, my 45 mph is faster than the 10 mph on the interstate.
I take the train from NYC to Philly often—-the river is always crowded with boaters.
I think this is a one-time thing as an anniversary treat. Of course, they may like it so much it will turn into their regular commute.
Awwwwwww.
Nice! They found a practical way to celebrate their anniversary. ✨
