Fancy trips to foreign countries and theme parks were always for the parents. With the kids, their real enjoyment is often found in their back yard.

I loved those playground “animals” growing up!
So true; the mechanical ones are much more predictable.
Not old enough for real horses, give then a few years.
A child’s enjoyment of a trip is inversely proportional to its cost.
I thought the first panel was of their trip to Hawaii.
Buy a little kid a present that comes in a big box…and they’ll play with the box
