Wow, I didn’t realize the very real canals in Venice, CA are fake.

Italy and France are extremely crowded because of tourists especially big cities.

A vacation?………. What IS that? Haven’t had one since I was a 12 year old kid.

The original Venice California was about three times larger than what remains today and had a good sized lagoon. I’m not sure that is more fake than Venice Italy which is also entirely man made – just older.

I miss the canals in Pennsylvania – some great history there, too! And shad fishing..

Maybe it’s better to go see the “fake” ones. Nobody wants tourists anymore.
