Aha
Asset m’larm clock fearly…
And a napple a day keeps the doctor away.
Dear lord….three larm clocks…etc….Oy
Where’s the Strawberry Alarm Clock?
That’s the way I’ve always heard it pronounced.
That’s the way I’ve always heard it pronounced….
Not sure if it’s true or not, but I’m told that the English “(an) orange” is a corruption of “(a) norange,” derived from the Spanish naranja.
Me (to son, then age 2-1/2): “Are you sleepy? Do you want to take a nap?”
Son: “No, I don’t wanna take a ’ap.”
“And I will bet a silk pajama
There isn’t any three-l lllama."
