My mother and I used to play a game when we went to the grocery store together. It was called “what’s the ugliest thing for sale in this store?” We quit playing when it turned out that the winning entry was always celery root.

WE had carrots like that this year……they did taste good though.
For a moment, I thought some of the vegetables were Escherian. That would be even better.
The crew of the International Space Station are growing vegetables as part of a zero-gravity experiment. They look nothing like these.
