I think it’s a prank. Drug companies’ representatives go to see doctors and tell them “This month, we’re doing Ipsuflexitorimoxtocine. It’ll be on prime time all around the country. If anyone can pronounce it, give it to them. It’s just a placebo, but that guy deserves it if he can!” :D

Some of the side effects to these advertised meds which are spewed out at a high rate of speed are cancer and sudden death! I think I’ll pass.
