Fake arm is a misnomer, it is every bit as real as the arms one had when born. Prosthetic arm would have been a better choice. (I know what you’re thinking…‘What a fake male body part’).

Of course the boss would fake his vote…..

This would have worked better if he had asked for a show of hands, or did the old ‘run it up the flag pole and see who salutes’ bit.
