Damn, that was dark.

Thanks. I’ve missed you…..

story of my life for the last 30 odd years. Some days are bad, most days are worse.

So tough and so true. This comic so often seems to mirror my life.

Things improve after the first cup of coffee.

Every day above ground is a good day.

(Some are much better than others!)

Yet even some of these dark thoughts bring warmth and light by simple acts of kindness. Thank you.

I feel you, man.

The TTC is the Toronto Transit Commission, for anyone wondering.

When the bad days are here it feels as if it has always been such and forever will remain so. Some of us dwelling in bipolar land move with agitation rather than euphoria and grandiosity. The bravery required to then treat others with consideration and compassion, when it can be recruited is quite heroic.
