My middle name was the first name of my great great grandfather, great grandfather, grandfather, and father. I wouldn’t mind having it as a first name, as long as I didn’t have to be “the fifth”.
I was named after my father: 1st and middle names … obviously my last name is the same too. No one ever mixed us up, as he used his middle name as his moniker, and I used my first. Also, I was much younger and cuter.
