OR, it could be a situation for which an individual doesn’t feel requires a conviction. Gay Marriage falls under that category for me. I’m a straight male who has been married for 32 years. I figure, if they want to go through that, have at it.
Alternately, in the same vein as, “Not making a decision IS a decision”, not having a conviction is a conviction, just to the opposite extreme.
