tax breaks for the rich , cuts in social security and medicare.stick it to the poor and claim it is in the countryâs best interest.repeat whatever the party says for me to say. repeal whatever part of the constitution that we donât like. Claim reverence to the âfounding fathersâ but ignore their effort to separate church and statethat is the TEA party
Yochanon is right about what the Tea Party wants, but I assume calling himself an extremist is irony. The fact that a desire for lower taxes, limited government, and adherence to the Constitution is seen by some as âfar-rightâ just shows how far left the country has gone.
3hourtour slams the Koch brothers, but does s/he have anything to say about Leftie billionaire George Soros?
Nighthawks shows his/her usual jaundiced and fallacious view of anything not leftist, but I grant one point: The theocratic Religious Right is un-American and a danger to freedom. But Nighthawks is probably unaware (granting a big benefit of the doubt) that the Tea Party mainstream is secular. The Adam-and-Eve-on-dinosaurs crowdâs desire to impose their religious views by government force IS unconstitutional, but they are NOT the Tea Party.
I renew my question Iâve asked on gocomics several times but never with an answer:
Where did you Leftists learn your negative attitudes toward business, profit, capitalism, etc.? From your parents? Your religion? School teachers? College profs?
This question is sincerely asked. Iâd like to understand.
Leftists donât have negative attitudes towards business and profit. We have negative attitudes towards industry poisoning the air and water, finance companies gambling our life savings with no risk to themselves, insurance cartels conspiring to pay for as little health care as they can get away withâŠ
And as for negative attitudes towards capitalism, thatâs just being concerned that you need to have capital before you can start rising on merit. Whenâs the last time you tried to learn something in a public school? This century itâs barely possible.
@3hourtour So you learned all you know about how the real world works from people who have never lived in the real world. People who have only gone to school and then became teachers themselves. No thanx, I will let people from the real world teach me how to live in it.
âŠHardball, you insult my intelligence. You insult hard working Americans everywhere. You should be ashamed, sir! Your smug elitist prattling is exactly the proper deception preached by the people that justify multi-million dollar parachute greed because the rabble deserves what they get ideologies.
But I got news for you mister, unlike the faux grassroot campaigns started by the very forces out to destroy the very liberties of America, your boys-the cororate thugs- better make sure they are hiring the right P.R. guys.If not them, then very good mercenaries, because the people have had enough of the never ending thirst that is the unquenchable greed of the international cororations that care not one iota about America.
I ask you to quench your thrist in Christ. He well stop your insatiable appetite. He will make you thrist no more.I suggest, selling all you have, and following himâŠ

Politics aside, the pachyderm rendering is full of character IMHO.
