Ignore the pre-drilled holes, they are in the wrong position.
Using a high-speed lathe, remachine part C so it fits into part D.
Hold part J in your right hand, hold part K in your left hand. With your free hand rotate part L so it fits between the slot formed by parts J and K.
Insert part B into part C until it clicks, but first make sure that part A is in place.
Or even worse than misleading instructions are those written in Chinglish. It’s like talking to tech support only visually instead of verbally.
Then there are those instructions that show pictures instead of words. Personally, I’d rather assemble it from instructions written in Bulgarian (and I don’t speak a word of Bulgarian).
