I have a “garbage” email account that I use to register for some sites. I used it to respond to some scammers. I told them that I was on a quest to collect all the African countries I could where there was millions of dollars waiting for me if I could just give them my bank account number.
I was on a first name basis with the Nigerian Minister of Finance.
Unfortunately that is becoming the norm. People are too lazy to put trash were it belongs. If it was a boater, why was he drinking and driving? Whether he is driving a car or a boat it is still drinking and driving.

I hope you have a plastic fishing net cause that is 48% of all the plastics in the ocean. Straws are 1/100th of 1%.

That “completes” his collection? I would have thought that was the first installment, since they’re pretty much ubiquitous.
