I’m with him on items 2, 4, and 5. #1 and warfarin don’t mix. Aftertaste of #3 killed that – just couldn’t stomach it. Found vegan form. And his list is a little short compared to mine. But then on my last birthday, I drew an 8 and a 9, and also added another med problem to the bag. Such is life in the slow lane.

Nuts! You forgot the nuts. Not trail mix without them. M&Ms optional.

And that’s just to go to supermarket. Mall requires pack.

Nearly exact same as mine, less the pretzels. I had a few more to add to the list. 31 days now on zero meds. Today I feel like I should resume the RA meds. All the prescripts for those however are expired. Next meet with the rheumatologist is in mid Jan. IN all honesty, I don’t seem to notice the meds do anything one way or another, short of the Humira eliminating a lot of the fatigue symptoms.

I’ll go with the sweet and savory trail mix.

Ah yes, the classic gorp – good old raisins and pharmaceuticals!

They’re probably “fully cooked.” Whatever that means.

At least he added the pretzels for flavor.

Yup… I never leave the house without Advil, Tylenol, tums, and my allergy pills… what fun growing old!

So no GORP?
