What exactly is this?... Oh... Just a standard agreement... Sign here, here and here. Very well... I believe this concludes our business, Me. Claus... I'll make sure Ms. Pennebaker gets all additional materials to you by Thursday... Good day, sir. And remember: delivery on or before the 25th.

So… The little toad and his pack of lawyers managed to get this random man in a Santa costume to sign a contract (as Santa Claus). If the man fails to deliver, who are they gonna sue? The real Santa? The random man who they don’t even realize is not Santa? They’ve been swindled! And this time, I cheer!

That poor department store Santa is dazed and confused. Sedgie is on a power-trip, and Sedgie’s lawyers are insane; but they’re well paid by the senior Mr. Nuttingham, so who cares?
I trust that the real Santa will have nothing for Master Sedgwick, or his looney lawyers, but a miserly lump of coal.
