Bowling is surely a workout. My misadventure at bowling had me sweating and gasping as I watched the ball head for the gutter so very often. Of course, I never did it again….

I used to carry two averages, 156 right hand and 125 left.It was a bit confusing remembering which foot to start on – bowling right start on the left and …or was it bowling left start left?

Yes, quite – it would be a very good workout, but only for limited groups of muscles, primarily the dominant arm and shoulder although I would think it would be quite good for the abdominal muscles and hips as well.

You get the same thing with musicians – somebody said that all instruments deform the player.

Thing about bowling is the ball is returned automatically. You never have to chase them. Unless you work in a bowling alley.Oh. sorry. Family Fun Center.

IT took me a few seconds, but then I noticed the difference between Rodney’s left and right arm….

@Needachuckle. Is duck pin like 5 pin? That’s what we bowl a lot of in Canada.Five small pins, and a small ball.I throw a wicked curve and one time the ball went between the 3 and 5 pin without knocking them down! Must be just enough space between the pins to do that.
