Any Chinese speakers here? I’m pretty sure it’s bogus, but I think the second badly copied character in the second Chinese balloon looks like “we”? (However the other side of the world should be in the Southern Hemisphere, and China ain’t.
It’s to Meddick’s credit that he actually bothered to write out something that actually sort of makes sense in Chinese, though it’s obviously written by someone who doesn’t really know the language.
Now I’m concerned that we are glossing over the apparent sameness of the two Monty-guys, one from Cheesequake NJ and the other from somewhere in China!

There’s gotta be at least a master’s thesis in there somewhere, if only you could find a foundation that’s willing to finance the research.

The very idea of a Chinese Monty is somewhat frightening.

I would’ve been tempted, and justified, in using “copy & paste”… Kudos to Mr Meddick for re-drawing panel three…

These guys should meet. That would be an interesting comic strip.

Apparently there is an upper bound to the number of snowflake shapes but the odds of a person finding two with the same shape are still astronomical.

Translation from last panel: “Hey buddy – you need to get a life!”

Both Monty and Chinese (?) Monty don’t have mouths when they’re not speaking?

Translation from bad Chinese: “There are no two that are identical”, “I find this hard to believe”

I like that E.B. wears a scarf outdoors in the cold. No clothing or footwear, but a scarf. Robots get (partially) cold, I guess.

No two trees are exactly the same, either. But we don’t make a big deal out of that.
