He should have dipped it in melted chocolate first. (Is chocolate safe for parrots? I know dogs can’t have it, but I wasn’t sure about birds.)

Sesame seeds are expensive! At least the ones in the spice and herbs section.

The bug has an aftertaste? What about the handfuls (Pilsner has hands?) of sesame seeds?! You need something that will clear the palate….
