I once set up my astronomical binoculars on a tripod to look over the expansive valley in front of my house. When I looked through the lens to focus, there was the nose of an airliner right in front of me filling the eyepiece. I jumped back and saw a passenger jet way off in the distance which I had accidentally focused on.

I’m still worried.

It could be a giant firefly!

As an engineeer, Monty has a poor knowledge of physics.

But this special office desk does provide excellent protection against actual massive flaming asteroids.
