Only if a necromancer brings you back. Re-animate you without restoring life to you. Full life that is. Clark Ashton Smith did actually give us a veiw from the resurrected dead. A sort of a dream-like stupor following orders gliding though their new life as slaves. Closer to Afro-Hatian zombies that is. And George Romero called them “flesh-eaters” not “zombies”. That was others doing that. Not sure what such creatures are called.
Zombies do not eat, and ghouls eat only putrid flesh. So whatever these flesh-eaters are they are not zombified as such.
Lovecraft handled them in his “Herbert West:Re-animator” though they were not called zombies either. In his collaboration called “The Mound” the dead were mechanically reanimated to perform repetitive tasks and powered by nuclear fusion. (Some were used as inner sentries to the outside world too.)
