Will there be new Sunday Nancy comics?

So sick of these technology jokes by some “protected” group. Things were better when Eisenhower was our guy. #saynotofaxes

Some might feel cheated that we got another Gilchrist re-run today, but I don’t care- this one’s really sweet!

bring back Guy! This new stuff is awful!

This new version is terrible, poorly drawn and not funny. I would rather see reruns

See, this kind of thing is why I prefer the new cartoonist, Jaímes, to Gilchrist. I don’t mind cutesy jokes—what I do mind is using cutesiness as a substitute for having some sort of joke. Take this dialogue from a few weeks back:“Can we stop bad things?”“Not always… But we can always try to make good things happen!”That’s not a joke, and it’s not clever, and there’s no reason to keep a cartoonist who thinks that it’s good enough for the readers.

I am not certain as it was awhile ago, but I do believe GoComics mentioned May 12 as Ms. J’s first Sunday strip. One more weekend with Guy’s artwork yet…

I’m glad there will be new artist strips next week from what I see. This comic becoming “so millennial” is the reason I signed up!!

Today’s comic once again painfully confirms that reading Gilchrist’s version of Nancy is like being beaten to death with a Hallmark card from the Thomas Kinkade collection.

Can somebody PLEASE explain to me the whole “3 rocks” thing? I don’t get it……….

That’s it! I’m dropping Nancy from my list of followed comics. The art is just horrible. I am pushing the unfollow button.

Wow. THIS is what the anti-Olivia crowd is hankering for? Hallmark sentiment badly rendered in comic strip form? I find it hilarious that they seem to believe that Gilchrist somehow carried on Bushmiller’s legacy better than Jaimes is doing. And so passes the time of Gilchrist, son of Gilchrist, Steward of Gondor. I mean Steward of Nancy.

This is a sweet comic, but the new ones this week have been funnier. (IMO, you don’t have to agree)

Alright, I’m done with GG. If I see another strip done by GG here at GC I will drop Nancy off of my picks, will close my GoComics account and will leave the country and move to Canada. You will never ever see me again. So, this better be the very last one Sunday strip full of toxic saccharine and no substance. I will take nothing less than OJ’s Nancy!!!
