    In sales, they train you to keep a mirror next to your phone as a reminder to smile while you’re talking. We do the same thing in the law, but it’s meant to remind you to use your angry face and outside voice. Works like a charm.

    On another point though…. I feel sad about the departure of “some idiot from R’lyeh”. His comment from yesterday seemed so bleak that I am concerned and hope that everything is ok.

    If by chance, anyone communicates with “some idiot from R’lyeh” and would feel comfortable doing so, please pass along our concern and if possible let us know that (hopefully) things are ok with him and he just wants a mental break from the harshness that can be here and elsewhere on SM.
