If they brought back debtors prisons, we’d ALL be in the slammer!!

Treat every call as a potential scam.

I got a similar “recorded” call the other day about owing back taxes and penalties. All I had to do was “pay” the penalty amount and the back taxes would be written off, otherwise I would be facing arrest. I laughed and hung up and blocked the number.

This annoyance needs to stop! Invasion of privacy! It’s a free for all…☹️

When I was in college, someone called me pretending to be a debt collector. I asked too many questions, and he finally hung up on me.

Norm: “Oh, yeah? Well, two can play this game. I’m recording you!”
