They’re among the most resourceful animals. It must take a lot to get one to starve to death.
They don’t live where I live.
They’re definitely intelligent animals – they use neighborhood storm drains as raccoon freeways in urban areas.
They eat twinkies actually – and if you didn’t know that you’re not reading the right comic strips!!!
They love cat food!
The recent Nature show on urban raccoons hypothesized that, by trapping or otherwise killing and removing the dumb raccoons, we are gradually breeding a smarter raccoon. Who might some day try to replace us. . . .
