    Mrs Rabbit should call my friend for her zuke bread recipe. It’s awesome. (as are her other breads) She brought us a few loaves last week. I do solemnly swear that I will keep one loaf to take on our road trip at the end of the month.

    Sliced, breaded and fried, cooked with stewed tomatoes, stuffed,……… the recipes are numerous. And my Mom new most of them. Love the stuff.

    The year my wife and I bought some plants labeled with a “watermelon” stick that turned out to be zucchini was the year I lost ALL faith in “government!” IF 4 hills could produce THAT amount of zucchini, then 10 acres or so could feed the world!
