Sorry R. J., but the UC Santa Cruz astronomers have already dubbed that one the Banana Slug. And that galaxy does look more like a Banana Slug than a Twinkie.
FYI, the Banana Slug (which is a bright yellow) is the school mascot at UCSC.
Actually had a couple of Twinkies yesterday on a whim while doing some grocery shopping. They are still as disgustingly good as I remember them… and the best part is the bit of the outside you have to scrape off of the cardboard in the packaging.
Ironically and hilariously, it was just revealed that one of the pictures attributed to that telescope that was supposed to have been of Proxima Centauri (I think) was actually a photograph of a slice of sausage. It was a prank by the astronomer.
