August 4th is my cousin’s birthday. He turns 45 this year.

What is Dog Day Afternoon like, Snoopy?

Perhaps it’s about the time Sirius rises before the sun in the morning. It’s the dog star. Ironically it’s the birthday of a president who hadn’t been born yet.

The dog days of summer.

That’s my moms birthday. Coincidentally, my tradition for nearly 40 years has been to get her a Snoopy birthday card.

And 2 days later the Bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

Oh, my wife and I didn’t realize we had wed on Snoopy’s Day.

It’s also Coast Guard Day.
