That’s what happens when you feign interest in your crush’s hobbies, Lucy—you often get way more than you wanted to know. You should have stopped at “That’s beautiful” and he would have admired your taste.

This is the first Peanuts comic I read to my musician father, when I was five..I pronounced it “Batch”. Dad corrected me and explained the toy piano joke. We both loved Peanuts.

Lucy has an ear for music and an eye for Schroeder.

According to my sheet music, the graphic shown here is measure 21 of the Prelude. And by the way, Gounod used this melody as the basis of his “Ave Maria.”

That’s our Fine Arts lesson for today.

Lucy as a record producer: Too technical; cut it down to three words you can put on a label.

I wonder if this is the first time Lucy rested like that on the piano.

A beautiful piece of music. Search youtube for “Bach Prelude and Fugue No.1 Well Tempered Clavier, Book 1 with Harmonic Pedal” on a channel by Paul Barton

A lot of their titles weren’t very imaginative.
