Well, for a team like Charlie Brown’s, a win is a win. For teams that are at least fair when it comes to winning or loosing, winning two games through forfeit just sucks.

On the plus side, Charlie Brown isn’t having his clothes knocked off.

In the second panel, the telephone is white, whereas it is black in all the other panels.

Yeah, happens all the time: both the error and the correction. It’s right up there with using “it’s” as a possessive.

in the first panel a chair is in the background, in the third panel it turned into a curtain.

I remember a series of Funky Winkerbean strips that had this same thing happening. So of course, they made it to the championships because they were undefeated. Then they lost the championship. I see that happening with Charlie Brown’s team now.

Unless more teams end up forfeiting, those are going to be the only 2 wins they ever get.

Now they just need to face the Cubs, and the’ll be able to claim 3 for 3

Its a two game not losing streak.

Keep your fingers crossed, Chuck: there may be a flue outbreak that’ll make you the league champions!

Oh dear. I have a feeling this storyline is going to drag.

I thought Franklin was on Peppermint Patty’s team, but her team forfeited the last game.

So true. He thinks he is a polymath.

Why is he telling him too? Doesn’t Peppermint Patty keeps her team updated on news like that?
