That Soap Opera junk’s for the birds.

Was the rockin’ robin at this party in the tall oak tree?

It sounds like the story needs to be condensed before it can go on the tweetter network. Otherwise it will just be a cheep story.

That’s kind of like the stories we make up to correspond with the hill behind our apartment building. It’s ruled by Big Red, the Cardinal, and his wife, Little Red. When we started getting Blue Jays on our hill, Big Red set him straight, so we hardly hear him on our hill. He’s sometimes allowed to use the birdbath or the feeders, but if he starts to get greedy, the squirrels will tell Big Red, who will fly into action. We have dinner on our back porch (balcony) every night once the weather allows, and we have endless entertainment with this cast of characters.

It’s what happens when your attention span can be counted in milliseconds…

…and then…..

Is a web of cheatings, that’s what it is.

I didn’t know Snoopy spoke bird.

Confusing stories are often the best ones!

It was nothing to crow about!

I always figured that birds were gossiping with all that spring twittering going on.

Isn’t that just the blue jay way?

And they are all twittering on about their tweet-hearts.

Is Snoopy relating the story to himself or to the reader of the strip?
