As many have remarked on other strips, Rat definitely has a drinking problem. Which is what makes him think that another few beers will make his dreams come true. It won’t…it will ensure they stay just dreams.

Doing something in no way ensures anything. Doing nothing doesn’t either. It’s all dice rolling.

Womble — unless, of course, his greatest ambition is to get very drunk.

When I encounter an impedance I resort to my mantra
