Hey, it could have been miniature Ronnie James Dios and Ritchie Blackmores, Phoebe… besides, you should never blame the rainbows for the rain.

I think it’s more that Marigold is extremely patient to put up with humans and thier quirks.

You can’t make rainbows with out rain. I wounder if the rainbow bridge needs rain 1st too? Also 2nd time I can recall Phoebe got rained on. Lets all hope Marigold doesn’t have a spell for Rabid Badgers.
