Needs work but coming along nicely. “Stewball” wasn’t written in a day.

I was hearing these lyrics to the verse of “Hit Me With Your Best Shot.”

Lyrical genius… That’s what they need to get through this.

I’m really impressed with the grasp of meter and rhyme here, compared with so many other cartoonists who regularly offer (for example) what are supposed to be “limericks” in which most of the lines neither scan nor rhyme. Nice job, Dana!

This reminds me of two rappers in a freestyle battle, minus the “dissing.”

I immediately flashed to “Boy, the way Glenn Miller played…” Except Phoebe has more hair and a far better disposition than Archie.
