Earl in one room, feelings in the next. The way it was meant to be.

Even if he said it into the recorder, for him that’s pretty brave.

Will we get to “hear” what his true feelings really are?

Gosh, he knows how to record his voice!!!

For men of a certain era, they just didn’t do that. Too bad. They missed out on a lot.

She said, " You never tell me you love me"He said, " I told you I did when we got married. If that ever changes, I’ll let you know"

I tell my wife I love her at least once a day. 23 years and we still hold hands too. :-)

My parent made it 63 years before Dad died last year. They met at a church picnic and started holding hands there (Mom didn’t want to let go in case some other girl got the same idea of wanting to get to know him) and they didn’t let go until the end.

I think we sometimes concentrate too much on having to hear the words and don’t notice the actions that say so much.

Hubby showed it in his actions all the time. We made it to nearly 55 years.

A voice recording is a good idea because you can’t see Earl dying of embarrassment admitting his true feelings!
