I want to laugh, but I’m really afraid to check is something like this actualy exist… I’m pretty sure someone has even already created an app to send you instant iseat-up-control® phone notifications! On the bright side it could also be usefull to accurately pee in the dark, right, Earl?
Oh, it exists all right. In the “As Seen on TV” department if you’re really interested.
Me, I used to close one eye before switching on the bathroom light at night. Then I’d keep that eye tightly shut until I was finished and switched off the light, so that eye would still be dark-adapted as I made my way back to bed.
Our lid (and therefore the seat) is always down. Do you know what sprays out of the water when you flush with the lid up? Besides, the way this old house is laid out, you can see the toilet from the dining room.
I want one. But my husband was well-trained before he left home. I don’t know what his mother said or did—-but he always puts the seat back down and the LID too!
Physics says it is easier to put the seat down than to raise it, and nature says men will need the use of the bowl about 4 times as often as a female, so leaving the seat up is logical using scientific reasoning. This product could save humanity!

I cannot believe it. It’s been awhile and yet no one has said it. “Earl… Earl… Go into the light.” Either that or that it’s the Shat Signal.

My bride and I raised four sons. She said she was glad to find the seat up. It meant the seat would be dry.
