Pluggers need to keep their core tightened more than when they were young so they can be around for each other a bit longer. Aches and pains slow the plugger, and that slowing down slows the circulation so it backs up and clogs.
Gaudiamus igatur. “Let us therefore rejoice that we are young. After youth, old age; after old age, death. Therefore let us rejoice.” – German college song, Brahms ended his Academic Festival Overture with it.
Definitely sounds like me. Sore throat earlier this week and this morning I woke up with an aching/throbbing ear with a hum as well. And that’s after getting rid of an aching back and foot. I’m falling apart it would seem.
