    In case you didn’t know – and to answer the question before it even comes up – stock has more flavor (if you need that) than broth.

    Prefer the soup base from a container that you mix yourself. This way you can mix the stock you make to your taste :-)

    Once opened they should be refrigerated to maintain freshness. Best to use all at once. And not stored near heat no matter their open/closed state.
