Wife has kept to a very healthy diet. I make my own food. Tonight was a a big salad, BBQ steak with sautéd mushrooms and a bowl of chocolate ice cream. Wife will definitely out live me since she looks 26 and I, well, I am older that Joe, the president.

Some things need more salt and some don’t ;-)

Salty is deeleeshus.

This Plugger does not like salt and I think it comes from when I was a kid Mom made me gargle with salt. I would always gag.

I use a variety of seasonings to keep salt use to a minimum when I cook. Just enough salt to keep the electrolytes in balance.

Pluggers don’t bother with specialty salts.

Most pluggers are on a no added salt/salt-free diet due to a variety of cardiac conditions.

His cardiologist would not approve.

My physician got me on Salt Lite several years ago…

Hooray for salt!

This Plugger agrees even though I never had to gargle with salt.

Since my 30’s ive tried to stay well under the daily intake of salt, hoping that pays off haha

Salt is low calorie and fat free:-)

Go easy on that stuff dude. Lisinopril can only do so much.

food tastes so much… less salty once you give up the salt habit. you can actually taste the individual flavors, rather than just the salt… ☺
